We are more than a six-generation of farmers, we were conventional farmers growing cash crops like bananas, cotton, turmeric, etc. I being a nephrologist saw the growing incidence of chronic kidney disease and autoimmune diseases and consciously decided to convert our farm to a regenerative organic farm starting 1/01/2020. We began with regenerating our soil and planted our perineal orchards and our annuals as well.
Our farm has started a soil health movement across the country to educate farmers on regenerative practices to improve soil health, we conduct workshops and lectures on soil health, compost and organic slurry making, biofertilizers, and biopesticide making processes, use of IoT devices (FASAL) in precision agriculture to farmers.
We are educating farmers on soil health and climate change by planting a tree. We along with several NGO like ‘Vithal’ have started a plantation of agro-forestary by donating 1,00,000 plants to farmers improving biodiversity of the region. This program is named after my Late father Mr. Jayendrasingh Rajput.

We have recently won a national award ‘Amit Udyan Ratna award-2022’ held at Chandrashekhar Azad University of Agriculture and technology, Kanpur in a National Conference on Climate Resilient horticulture
